Throughout generations God has kept his promises and covenants, his Word has always come to pass and that will not change because of the dire situation you are currently passing through.
From the ancient days of Moses, God has been supporting his Word, he has been dependably backing his Word for God does not change moods like man, he cannot lie, he is a God full of integrity, a God who has exalted his Word above his name, which when he gave you his Word, he gave you power, the right and authority to demand him to honour it.
As much as it is in the tendency of many Christians to forget God’s faithfulness when passing through threatening situations, which many find themselves falling into the trap of underrating the truth that God is not only God when things are going smooth, He is God at all times, who undoubtedly displays his devotion to the fulfillment of his promises, no matter how long of a time passes rest assured, he will stand true to his character of uprightness.
At some point in our lives, we all face hazardous challenges, that blocks of our faith, weakens our faith, tests our faith, harasses our faith, all proving to be detrimental to our identity and walk in Christ yet his character of being a faithful God remains unchanged.
When you find yourself coming to grips with an obstruction in your faith, you will be tempted to lose hope, enticed to burry yourself in self-pity, and shed heartache causing tears, instead deter yourself from such depressing notions for the right moment in time to trust and obey the Word of the Lord for your predestined season to overcome has arrived.
My beloved, without reservation, the same God who showed up before will show up time and time again, hold on to his faithfulness for it lives on and will last forever. Tell yourself that come what may, I will courageously lean on God’s fidelity and loyalty.
